At Prism Penguin, we are committed to our customers' satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected, which is why we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Return Period:
- Products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Condition of Returned Items:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition, including all tags, parts, and/or accessories.
- The original packaging and proof of purchase are also required for all returns.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at Support@prismpenguin.com to start the return process.
- Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the Product Back: Take the item to your local UPS Store, and provide the clerk with the appropriate return information.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.
